Job Opening: IT Admin Technician - BPO

Location: Kolkata (Golpark)

About the Company:
We are a leading BPO service provider, delivering top-quality solutions to clients across the globe. To support our expanding operations, we are looking for an experienced and dependable IT Admin Technician to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure at our Kolkata office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site support for desktop systems, printers, VoIP phones, and other peripherals.
- Manage and troubleshoot local network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).
- Perform routine hardware/software installation, configuration, and updates.
- Handle system administration tasks, including Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions.
- Monitor and maintain security systems, CCTV, biometric attendance, and access control.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data protection compliance.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide first/second-level IT support to internal users.
- Maintain accurate documentation for systems, networks, and support tasks.

Required Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with VoIP systems, CCTV, biometric devices, and printer configuration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends if required.

Experience with Dialer and Network and Trouble shooting (mandate)

Experience with Hardware as well (mandate)
