**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold call to target customer for loan service.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about loan’s information and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, to introduce HealthCred.
- Explain loan products, features, and benefits clearly and effectively to healthcare with timely follow-ups.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Previous experience in tele calling, preferably in financial services.
- Basic understanding of financial products.
- Visit to client place for sale of loan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
