**Digital Marketing SEO / SMO / ADS - Internship**

We are excited to offer a contract-based Digital Marketing Internship for a motivated individual to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will focus on managing Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns, while also working on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Optimization (SMO). Your efforts will contribute to lead generation through various social platforms for both domestic and international markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement SEO and SMO strategies that enhance online visibility and drive lead generation for both domestic and international markets.
- Manage and curate engaging content for social media platforms to increase follower count and brand awareness.
- Create and execute targeted social media campaigns focused on lead attraction and nurturing, emphasizing conversion optimization.
- Monitor and analyze SEO and SMO performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing practices to ensure the adoption of best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content for web and social media channels.
- Assist in tracking and reporting the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall digital marketing strategies.
- Support cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader marketing objectives, demonstrating a solid understanding of Instagram and Facebook for promotion.

**Requirements**:

- Currently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO and SMO & Google ADS concepts, including keyword research, content optimization, and social media engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media management platforms is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content for both web and social media.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in interpreting data to inform decision-making.
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn about digital marketing and lead generation strategies.

**Internship Details**:

- 2 Internship of 90 days each & total Duration: 6 months with Bonus & Hike after 1st internship and a 2nd bonus after 2nd internship and a Hike also a chance to be a full time employee again with a hike on the last stipend.
- Compensation: Fixed Stipend & Bonus -based contract internship
- Potential Progression: Upon successful completion, opportunity to transition to a salaried employee with comprehensive benefits, including an annual increment.
