**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer to handle the structural design, CAD modeling and stability analysis for hydraulic trailers used in Over Dimensional Cargo (ODC) logistics. The role involves technical evaluation, load distribution calculations and preparation of detailed transport drawings and reports as per MoRTH norms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create 2D CAD designs for trailer layouts, axle configurations and cargo positioning.
- Perform structural and stability calculations including bending moment, load per axle, tilting limits and ground pressure.
- Evaluate load distribution as per GVW and MoRTH regulations.
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to finalize trailer combinations based on cargo weight and dimensions.
- Prepare technical documentation and stability analysis reports.
- Determine proper lashing calculations for safe cargo transport.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and industry standards for ODC movements.
- Liaise with clients for COG, dimensions and structural specifications.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in **AutoCAD**, **SolidWorks** or similar CAD tools.
- Strong knowledge of **mechanical calculations** (bending moment, COG, stability).
- Understanding of **MoRTH guidelines** and transport compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong mathematical and analytical reasoning.
- Basic knowledge of **Excel** or engineering calculation tools.

Note: Salary may change regarding with your experience

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
