**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately input data from property verification documents into the company’s or client’s database systems.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct quality checks to ensure that all data entered is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all processing activities adhere to the company’s and the client’s compliance policies, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to the property verification process.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Suggest and implement improvements to processing workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any Graduate or equivalent; further education or certifications in data processing, real estate, or banking is an advantage.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in data processing, document management, or a related field, especially within banking or property verification, is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and familiarity with document management systems.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data and verifying documents.
- **Confidentiality**: Ability to handle sensitive financial and property information with the utmost confidentiality.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
