**What will you be responsible for?**:

- Manages visuals including, presentations, and orals materials both digital and print production, as required
- Ability to understand and implement the latest creative trends impacting design
- Ability to work under the pressure of quick turnarounds and rise to creative challenges under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to best support larger company goals
- Collaborating with the creative team, marketing team and overall management to understand the purpose and objectives.
- Commitment to your own personal career growth with aspirations of elevating your craft.
- Follow brand guidelines accurately.
- Concept art to create characters, objects, layouts, backgrounds etc

**What do we require?**:

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a graphic/Visual designer
- Experience with visual and digital storytelling, presentations, and user-centered design.
- Self-starter with the ability to understand and transform sketches and verbal ideas into visuals
- Understanding of current and future visual trends and proactive approach
- Comfortable designing in a team environment but also working independently.
- Portfolio demonstrating excellent design sense and/or experience with formatting content into visually appealing layouts, data visualizations, and infographics.
- A professional, confident and enthusiastic team player with a flexible can-do attitude.
- Effectively creates layouts with strong typography and appropriate use of color, images and fonts, allowing for readability of type.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Hands on preferences - user perspective, research, concepts, branding, color theories, layouts, grids, imagery, iconography
