Quality Assurance Officer

As a Quality Assurance Officer at our multinational frozen food processing manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our products. Your responsibilities will involve implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Quality Assurance Processes**:

- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor and continuously improve the quality management system to enhance overall product quality.

2. **Inspection and Testing**:

- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Perform product testing using appropriate methods and equipment, ensuring adherence to specifications.

3. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, test results, and any deviations encountered during the production process.
- Generate reports on quality metrics and provide regular updates to management.

4. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to address quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with R&D to ensure that new products meet quality standards from the development stage.

5. **Training and Awareness**:

- Provide training to production staff on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

6. **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay abreast of changes in food safety regulations and industry standards, ensuring the company's compliance with relevant authorities.
