**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Networking**: Develop and maintain relationships with other real estate professionals, developers, and potential clients.
- **Marketing**: Promote properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and print media.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- **Licensing**: Valid real estate license as per Punjab state regulations.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
