Key Responsibilities:

- **Design Development**: Create innovative and functional architectural designs for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- **Project Management**: Oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Client Interaction**: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert guidance and solutions.
- **Technical Documentation**: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD software and other tools.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality, ensuring adherence to design specifications.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- **Portfolio**: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing previous work and design projects.
