**Job Title**:B2B Sales Executive
**Location**: Vadodara, Gujarat
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Employment Type**: Full-Time, On-Site
**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Working Days**: 6 days a week

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential B2B clients in the plastics, packaging, and related industries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct **50-60% travel** to meet clients across assigned territories.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions from the product portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Regularly report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-2 years** of experience in **B2B sales**, preferably in plastics, packaging, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
