- Prepare Minutes of meeting.
- Serve as the point person for external institutions and individuals who need to contact

**Required Education and Experience**:

- Work experience as an Secretary/Personal Assistant or similar role
- Graduation/Post Graduation degree is must
- P.A. diploma or certification is a plus

**Preferred Specialized Qualification and Experience**:
