Job Title: Graphic Designer

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop visual identities and brand guidelines that align with the company's brand image and messaging.
- Create mock-ups and prototypes to present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Ensure all design assets adhere to brand standards and maintain consistency across all marketing channels.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design work.
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other creative professionals to produce cohesive and impactful marketing materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers and interns as needed.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for easy access and future reference.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across print and digital mediums.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship in design execution.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D modeling is a plus.
- Passion for design and creativity, with a desire to push boundaries and elevate the visual aesthetic of our brand.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to Relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
