Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, drawings, specifications, and related documents.
- Comprehend scope of work and estimate costs by analyzing labor, equipment, material, and time requirements.
- Obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors assisting in executing bid packages from beginning to end under the direction of the Senior Estimator.
- Prepares requests for information by collecting and analyzing given data, and trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred
- Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions
- Ability of being dependable and trustworthy
- Time management
- Ability to manage time and be accurate at all times
- Ability to work under pressure in a highly productive and competitive environment
- Microsoft Office and related spreadsheet and database software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
