
Digital Marketing Expert

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Setup & Management**: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Shopping platforms to meet client or company objectives.
- **Keyword Research & Strategy**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-converting search terms. Develop and implement effective bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance
- **Ad Copy Creation**: Write compelling ad copy for various ad formats to drive engagement and conversions, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals
- **Bid Management**: Monitor and adjust bids to optimize performance based on budget allocation, cost-per-click (CPC), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze campaign performance data to assess key metrics, including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- **A/B Testing**: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continually improve campaign performance.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee daily and monthly budgets, ensuring campaigns are within financial targets while achieving desired goals.
- **Client Communication**: Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand business goals and marketing objectives. Present performance reports and strategic recommendations.
**Continuous Optimization**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads. Continuously optimize campaigns by testing new techniques, features, and formats.
1. **Strategy & Planning**:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify target audiences and create marketing campaigns tailored to their preferences.
2. **Search Engine Optimization** (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic ranking.
Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns like Google Ads.
3. **Social Media Management**:
Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and engagement.
Run paid social media campaigns on platforms like **Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter**.
4. **Content Marketing**:
Develop and oversee the content strategy, including blogs, videos, and infographics.
Ensure high-quality and SEO-friendly content is published.
6**. Analytics & Performance Tracking**:
Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to measure performance.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
7. **E-commerce & Online Advertising**:
Manage online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display networks.
Optimize conversion rates to maximize ROI.
8. **Collaboration & Team Management**:
Work with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure a consistent brand message.
Lead and train a team of digital marketing professionals.
**Requirements for Social Media** Knowledge,
- Led The Marketing Across Digital channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Twitter.
- Managing a Team of Digital Marketers and Graphic Designers
- Implement a system for measuring, reporting, and optimizing growth metrics.
- Driving traffic to our website, landing pages, and social media
- Create programs and campaigns that ensure strong retention of the platform
- Conduct data analysis and research to develop insights that reveal growth opportunities.
- Taking a data-driven approach to develop and optimise the digital marketing strategy
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of [3] years of hands-on experience in **Google Ads** campaign management. Experience with both **B2B and B2C** campaigns is a plus.
- Expertise in Google Ads interface (**Search, Display, Video, Shopping**).
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and other reporting/analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they integrate with paid advertising strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
**Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in **SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, and CRM** tools.
Experience with social media platforms and paid advertising.
Work Tracking performance 90% + Required.
