**Roles and Responsibility**

Job Title: IT Helpdesk

Experience: 5 to 9 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities
- To be a single point contact for enabling all the new user ID across all internal IT platforms.
- Proactive in collecting deletion forms for deleting user access rights for relieving people from the organization.
- Lotus Notes Installation & Configuration.
- Transfer case (expats) coordinating with relevant stake-holders ensuring the domain changes/configuration as well
- Assigning permission on files and share folders on windows AD as per request.
- Proactively managing critical requests during Managers leaves by coordinating with Singapore support team wherever required & resolving them on a timely manner.
- Ensuring IT assets are periodically reconciled, taking stock at regular & required intervals
- Monitoring & Updating Antivirus patch for all PCs and Servers.- Bank Electronics Support System (BESS-SWIFT interface) and Maintaining Assets.
- Windows OS installation and troubleshooting and Data Recovery of windows 10
- Printer installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting (HP, Multifunctional printers)
- Microsoft Outlook Configuration and Troubleshooting. (Outlook data backup pst )
- ID Creation, Deletion and Modification of Banking Applications.
- Closure of tickets in BMC and ASOI Ticket portal (Ticketing Tool).
- Installation and mounting of server racks and config server 2012,2017 and 2019

Knowledge of Cloud Computing AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Good Understanding of S3 storage.
- Creating load balancer and maintaining the load.
- Knowledge of Static web and versioning.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Hard Ware and Networking
- Knowledge of VM ware and Vx Rail

Operating System:

- Installations of Windows 7,8,10,11
- Troubleshooting system startup and user logons.
- Configuring and troubleshooting devices, Remote Assistance.
- Office installation and office M365 configuration
- Setting up Microsoft Outlook, Managing E-mail and MS Outlook data protection.

Other Technologies Worked:

- Windows Server 2003 R2 & 2008 R2, 2012, 2016 & windows Server 2019.
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2010.
- Basic understanding of Virtualization.
- Firewall and Anti-virus installations windows
- Assembling and Maintenance of PC.
- Adding domain network of users, workstations, servers and pc
- Coordinate vendor with networking activities server configuration
- Patch update of UAT servers in monthly updates
- Windows server 2008R2 to Windows server 2019 standard
- Installing McAfee and maintaining McAfee EPO server.
- Installation of Print in Server.
- Upgradation of WYSE terminals Rekiting of Wyse
- Tanium Application server
- Tanium patch creating and deployment of windows servers and pc’s
