**Tasks & Activities**:
**1. Customer Assistance**:

- Greet customers as they enter the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect clothing items that meet their preferences, size, and style.
- Provide expert advice on fashion trends, outfit coordination, and accessories to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Offer fitting room assistance, helping customers with outfit choices and ensuring their comfort.

**2. Sales and Upselling**:

- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, aiming to recommend appropriate clothing items and upsell related products.
- Utilize your knowledge of the product range to highlight features, benefits, and any ongoing promotions.
- Strive to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a consultative and customer-focused approach.

**3. E-commerce Management**:

- Assist in managing the online store by updating product listings, descriptions, and images to ensure accurate and appealing representation.
- Process online orders, including packing, labeling, and coordinating shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.

**4. Visual Merchandising**:

- Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized showroom layout by arranging displays, mannequins, and signage to showcase products effectively.
- Participate in visual merchandising efforts to create visually appealing displays that align with the latest fashion trends.

**5. Stock Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed to ensure availability of products.
- Assist with regular stock takes and contribute to inventory management tasks, such as receiving and unpacking new merchandise.

**6. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through attentive service, personalized recommendations, and follow-up interactions.
- Record customer preferences and purchase history to provide tailored shopping experiences during subsequent visits.

**7. Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and management to address customer needs and share insights.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
