**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Intern to join KGDC Enterprises LLP remotely. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic renewable energy industry. The intern will play a critical role in our marketing initiatives, including content creation, graphic design, video production, and campaign management, all to support the growth of KGDC’s brand and mission of promoting solar energy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research industry trends, solar technology advancements, and KGDC’s unique projects to create informative, relevant, and engaging content.
- Assist in creating scripts and storyboards for video content, including customer testimonials, educational videos, and short FAQ reels.
- Create promotional content for digital platforms, including infographics, banners, and visual presentations that align with KGDC’s visual style.
- Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging reels, short videos, and customer testimonials to boost KGDC’s social media presence.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and shooting video content, including interviews, customer testimonials, and on-site demonstrations of solar installations.
- Edit video content to produce high-quality reels, ensuring that messaging aligns with KGDC’s branding and objectives.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor social media activity
- Create and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting across platforms.
- Identify and leverage trending topics in renewable energy to engage our audience and expand KGDC’s reach.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, including workshops, webinars, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Support promotional activities for ongoing projects and events like expos, trade fairs, and seminars.
- Develop event materials in collaboration with the team to enhance KGDC’s brand awareness.
- Track and report content performance across platforms to measure engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations for content improvement based on analytics and engagement metrics.
- Contribute ideas for future campaigns, events, and marketing activities based on performance data and industry trends.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Odia, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience in creating and editing video content, including reels and short-form videos.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude to learn and contribute innovative ideas.

**Stipend**:This is an internship position, with a nominal stipend based on project milestones and performance.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
