**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Advise on company law, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, or mediations.
- Conduct legal research and risk analysis on matters impacting the company.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel for litigation or specialized opinions.
- Assist in mergers, acquisitions, investment deals, and due diligence processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws including Companies Act, Contract Law, SEBI, FEMA, etc.
- Maintain legal records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.

**Requirements**:

- LL.B. degree from a recognized university; enrollment with Bar Council.
- Solid understanding of corporate and commercial law.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters with attention to detail.
- [For freshers] Internship experience in corporate or legal advisory firms is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in handling startup or private limited company matters.
- Exposure to regulatory filings (ROC, RBI, SEBI, etc.).
- Knowledge of intellectual property, data privacy, or labor laws is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
