**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the administration and configuration of MS Dynamics, including user setup, security roles, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and reliability of the MS Dynamics platform, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, business analysts, and end-users, to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements or system changes.
Develop and enforce MS Dynamics administration policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, investigating and resolving reported issues promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct user training and create documentation to enable end-users to effectively utilize the MS Dynamics platform.
