**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**: Serve as the go-to point of contact for technical inquiries, guiding clients through product selection, installation, and troubleshooting. Offer prompt and accurate solutions to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

**Sales Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with the sales team, actively supporting them during client interactions. Attend sales meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to provide technical insights that highlight the value of our automotive products.

**Product Documentation**: Assist in the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including technical manuals, guides, and FAQs. Ensure all information is up-to-date and readily accessible to both internal teams and clients.

**Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions for the sales team, equipping them with technical knowledge and product updates. Continuously stay updated on automotive industry trends and advancements to enhance your expertise.

**Problem Resolution**: Address technical challenges and product-related issues promptly, coordinating with relevant departments to find effective solutions. Analyze patterns of technical inquiries to identify potential areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in sales support or a customer-facing role is a plus, showcasing your understanding of the sales process.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A Bachelor's degree or ITI in relevant field.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
