The telecaller interacts with customers over the phone, provides information about products or services, answers their queries, and persuades them to make a purchase or take a desired action.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to potential customers using.

2. Introducing and explaining our services to potential customers.

3. Identifying and qualifying leads by gathering relevant information from customers.

4. Handling customer objections or complaints and providing appropriate solutions.

5. Achieving sales targets or other performance goals as set by the company. - 120 leads everyday

6. Maintaining accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in a CRM system.

8. Keeping up-to-date with company knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

9. Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues or escalate as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional speaking voice.

2. Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.

3. Good listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.

4. Strong persuasive skills to convince customers to take desired actions.

5. Basic computer skills to navigate CRM systems, enter data, and retrieve information.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection or objections.

7. Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.

8. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

9. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

10. High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
