**Position Overview:

As a Tele-calling Specialist, your role will be crucial in our students/parents engagement strategy. You will have the responsibility of making outbound calls to potential students, building relationships with existing students, and promoting our courses.

**Roles & Responsibilities:

- **
- Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential students over the phone to promote our educational courses.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with students to encourage repeat business.
- Building rapport with students and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions with students in our CRM system.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales/admissions.

**To Succeed in this role, we’d love to have the below skills:

- **
- Good customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player.
- Building rapport with students and providing excellent customer service are crucial aspects of this role.
- Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
