**Role Overview**

We are hiring **Cyber Security Trainers / Instructors / Educators** to teach, mentor, and guide students through real-world cybersecurity skills and globally recognized certification tracks (CEH, CND, etc.). This role involves hands-on teaching, curriculum development, and mentorship — preparing students for success in cybersecurity careers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver structured and engaging training on cybersecurity fundamentals and advanced topics such as:

- Ethical Hacking
- Network Security
- Penetration Testing
- Risk Management
- Security Operations & Incident Handling
- Conduct hands-on labs using tools like Kali Linux, Metasploit, Wireshark, etc.
- Create and update course content aligned with current industry standards.
- Assess student understanding through assignments, quizzes, and exams.
- Prepare students for certifications like CEH, CND, ECSA, etc.
- Mentor and support students throughout their learning journey.
- Stay updated with cybersecurity trends and integrate them into teaching.

**Qualifications**
- **Mandatory**: CEH certification (from EC-Council)
- 3-5 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain
- Experience in training, teaching, or mentoring in cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of ethical hacking, cybersecurity tools, and protocols
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, or related field

**Preferred Certifications**
- CND - Certified Network Defender
- ECSA - Certified Security Analyst
- ECIH - Certified Incident Handler
- CDRP - Certified Disaster Recovery Professional
- C|CISO - Certified Chief Information Security Officer
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring
- Strong interpersonal skills with an academic mindset
- Committed to continuous learning and student success

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
