**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Train students in **industry-standard software** such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Nuke, Silhouette, Mocha, and others.
- Mentor students in developing high-quality showreels and portfolios aligned with industry standards.
- Monitor student progress, conduct periodic learning reviews, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Organize and manage student batches, ensuring classes are delivered on time with updated content.
- Stay updated with the latest VFX trends, techniques, and software upgrades to keep training modules industry-relevant.
- Support students in projects, workshops, competitions, and industry-interaction activities.
- Maintain strong student engagement, discipline, and ensure delivery of **industry-updated outputs**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate/Diploma in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, or related field.
- Strong expertise in **Compositing, Rotoscoping, Tracking, Paint, Cleanup, and CG Integration.**:

- Proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Nuke, Silhouette, Mocha, and other major VFX tools.
- Prior experience in both **studio production** and **teaching/training** is highly preferred.
