Key responsibilities:
1. Write clear & compelling content for various mediums

2. Work on defining and upholding the bar for customer-facing content for brands

3. Collaborate with the brand to define content that will inform a reader about the product, teach about the product and provide other relevant information about a product

4. Ensure timely and appropriate responses

5. Maintain high content standards with no plagiarism in their output at all times.

6. Research the brand, products, and services & competitors and create a comprehensive content plan for the brand

7. Establish tone, character, and messages that will effectively communicate with the target audience and fulfill the project objectives

3. Strong editorial background and exceptional proofreading and content creation skills

4. Strong content strategy and information architecture skills

5. Demonstrated success at learning and explaining product details

6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder relationships and needs in a fast-paced environment

7. Ability to solve problems and work without close direction in ambiguous environments

8. Good judgment and effective communication skills

9. Able to work in a diverse team

**Location: Shillong**

**Experience: 1 - 2 Years**

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
