**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually engaging graphics for **social media, marketing materials, and digital platforms**.
- Develop effective **landing page designs** to maximize conversions.
- Perform **photo retouching and image enhancement** for various projects.
- Work on **minor video editing and motion graphics** using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure consistency in design and branding.

**Required Skills & Software Proficiency**:

- **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- **Figma & Adobe XD** (UI/UX design & prototyping)
- Strong understanding of **color theory, typography, and design principles**:

- Knowledge of **responsive design and user-centric design approaches**:

- Basic understanding of **HTML & CSS** (preferred but not mandatory)

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree or diploma** in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- Minimum **2 years of relevant experience** in graphic design and UI/UX.
