**Key Responsibilities**
- **Service Excellence**: Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times. Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise, train, and motivate the service staff, including servers, bussers, and host/hostess. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Operations Management**:Oversee daily dining room operations, including table assignments, reservations management, and coordination with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- **Quality Control**:Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area. Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety regulations.
- **Guest Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
- **Menu Knowledge**:Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, and be able to make recommendations and answer guests' questions regarding food and beverages.
- **Sales**: Promote and upsell menu items, beverages, and special promotions to maximize revenue.
- **Reporting**:Prepare and submit reports on dining room activities, guest feedback, and staff performance to the management team.

Pay: ₹12,506.52 - ₹17,711.48 per month
