To help communicate our vision and offerings through video, we are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team and create engaging video content that drives organic reach and promotes our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging promotional videos that showcase our UX/UI services, portfolio, and product offerings.
- Design impactful social media videos optimised for various platforms to drive organic reach and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop concepts for promo videos, video presentations, and video guides.
- Produce app promotion videos, short-form social media content, and daily video updates.
- Develop storyboards and work closely with the team to conceptualize the structure and flow of each video.
- Create video content that aligns with our brand identity, maintaining consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in motion graphics and social media content creation to ensure our videos remain fresh and engaging.
- Work with tools like Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro to edit, animate, and enhance video content.
- Edit and integrate sound, music, and voiceovers to create a more immersive video experience.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1-5 years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience in creating social media promo videos, app promotion videos, and daily short videos.
- Strong ability to translate static designs into engaging motion graphics.
- Storyboarding and conceptual development skills to plan and visualize video projects.
- Understanding of visual branding principles and maintaining consistency across media.
- Knowledge of video formats and best practices for different social media platforms.
- Ability to edit and integrate sound (music, sound effects, voiceovers) for enhanced video content.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
