**Job Title: Automotive Store Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the daily operations of the automotive store, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory, restocking automotive parts and accessories as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and offering suitable products.
- Handle sales transactions, billing, and invoicing accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper product display for an engaging shopping experience.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock management and order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving store targets.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Stay updated on automotive trends and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- **1 to 2 years of experience** in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic proficiency in billing software and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Business, Automotive, or a related field.
- Experience in handling POS (Point of Sale) systems.
