Greater Noida, India NCR JOB CONSULTANT Full time

Key Responsibilities:
1. 3D Design and Modeling:

- Utilize 3D modeling software (e.g., NX, AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to create detailed and accurate designs of automated systems and components.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop 3D models that integrate pneumatic components seamlessly.

2. Pneumatic System Integration:

- Design and incorporate pneumatic components such as actuators, valves, cylinders, and air compressors into automated systems.
- Ensure that the pneumatic systems are optimized for performance and efficiency.

3. Technical Expertise:

- Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team in matters related to pneumatics.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers, to ensure designs meet project requirements and specifications.

5. Prototype Development:

- Create prototypes of automated systems and components, test their functionality, and make necessary adjustments based on performance feedback.

6. Documentation:

- Maintain detailed records of design specifications, modifications, and project progress.
- Create user manuals and technical documentation for the designed systems.

7. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality standards.

8. Cost Optimization:

- Seek cost-effective solutions and materials to maintain competitive pricing while meeting performance requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Automatic 3D Designer, preferably in a role with a focus on pneumatics.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software and experience with CAD tools (e.g., NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- In-depth knowledge of pneumatics and the ability to design and integrate pneumatic systems into automated machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) software is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
