Provide care, prepare nutritious meals, and maintain a safe environment for elderly residents at an old age home.

**Responsibilities**:
Caregiving:
Assist with personal care, mobility, and medication administration.

Monitor residents' health and provide emotional support.

Engage in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.

Cooking and Nutrition:
Plan and serve balanced meals considering dietary restrictions and preferences.

Maintain food inventory and adhere to food safety guidelines.

Accommodate individual dietary requirements.

Housekeeping and Maintenance:
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of residents' rooms and common areas.

Report maintenance or repair needs promptly.

Assist in organizing recreational activities.

Documentation and Communication:
Maintain accurate records of care, meals, and medication administration.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, residents, and families.

Qualifications:
Previous caregiving experience in elderly care or similar setting.

Knowledge of first aid, personal care techniques, and nutrition.

Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compassion, patience, and empathy.

Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Physical stamina and ability to assist with transfers.

Basic computer skills for documentation.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
