**Job Description**:
Digital Prapanch Advertising is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality video content for our clients that aligns with their brand identity and marketing objectives. You will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished, engaging videos that captivate audiences and drive engagement across various digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw video footage to create compelling and visually appealing videos for various marketing campaigns, including social media ads, promotional videos, client testimonials, and more.
- Collaborate with the creative team, including graphic designers, copywriters, and content strategists, to conceptualize and execute video projects that align with client briefs and objectives.
- Utilize video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to cut, splice, and arrange footage, add transitions, effects, graphics, and sound to enhance the overall quality and impact of the video.
- Ensure that all video content adheres to brand guidelines, style standards, and best practices for each platform, maintaining consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Optimize video content for various digital platforms and devices, including desktop, mobile, and social media platforms, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques, trends, and technologies, and incorporate them into video projects as appropriate.
- Manage video assets and maintain an organized library of footage, graphics, music, and other resources for future use.
- Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and make revisions to video projects as needed, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with project objectives.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to deliver high-quality video content on time and within budget.
- Continuously monitor and analyze video performance metrics, such as views, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a video editor, preferably in an advertising agency or digital marketing firm.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, as well as motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to transform raw footage into engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition, pacing, and timing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous video editing work, including examples of various styles and formats.
- Knowledge of video production techniques, including shooting, lighting, and audio recording, is a plus.
