**Job Summary**:
The Neuro ICU Nurse will provide specialized critical care to patients with severe neurological conditions such as head injuries, brain tumors, strokes, and post-neurosurgical cases. She will closely monitor patients, manage life-support equipment, and deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced ICU environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor neurological status, vital signs, and critical parameters.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and maintain accurate records.
- Operate and manage ventilators, ICP monitors, and other ICU equipment.
- Assist in emergency procedures and neurosurgical post-operative care.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Provide emotional support to patients’ families and communicate updates.
- Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for patient management.

**Requirements**:

- GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Registered Nurse).
- Minimum 1 year experience in Neuro ICU or Critical Care Unit.
- Strong knowledge of neurological assessment and ICU protocols.
- Excellent observation, decision-making, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
