Shoutout to Data Scientist who are looking to solve large scale business problem for domestic and international customers. Having experience in the Telecom or Insurance domain will be an added advantage.

**Role and Responsibility**:
**Data Scientist**
- Design and architect Advanced Analytics solution for customers across domains
- Engage with customers to understand their pain points and end goals and be able to interpret technical solutions and outcomes in business language
- Lead a team of Machine Learning Engineers to solve complex business problems as well as implement MLOps for customers.

**Required Skills & Experiences**:

- 6+ years of overall experience in IT industry
- 3+ years of experience in data science with experience in solving at least 2 business problem using ML/AI
- Ability to breakdown complex problems and develop strategies to solve them
- Translate business objectives into Analytical/ML/AI approaches
- Perform EDA and identify patterns
- Complete understanding of ML algorithms, Supervised and Unsupervised, model performance evaluation strategies, Recommendation Engines and other Statistical Models
- Proficient in Python, Pandas, Numpy, Scikit Learn
- Have good communication skills and experience in directly engaging with customers
- Strong willingness to #keeplearning

**Good to have skills**
- Experience in AWS/Azure ML Services
- Experience in DataIku/DataRobot
- Certified in Cloud ML/AI services
