**Job Title**: Vice Principal

**Qualification**: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)
**Experience**: 5-10 years

**Salary Range**: ₹75,000 - ₹80,000 per month

The Vice Principal will support the Principal in managing day-to-day school operations, implementing academic programs, and ensuring high standards of teaching and discipline.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Principal in planning and executing academic and administrative activities.
- Supervise teaching staff and ensure adherence to the school’s curriculum and policies.
- Monitor classroom teaching methods and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Coordinate academic schedules, examinations, and school events.
- Oversee student discipline, attendance, and overall welfare.
- Foster a positive and motivating school environment for both teachers and students.
- Support staff recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards set by authorities.

**Requirements**:

- **B.Ed** degree (Master’s degree preferred).
- **5-10 years** of experience in teaching and/or school administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Fluent in **English, Hindi, and Gujarati** (preferred).
- Commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
