**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Use various teaching methods and resources (e.g., lab experiments, digital tools, demonstrations).
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and project work.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through tests, exams, and other forms of assessment.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in departmental meetings.
- Prepare students for board exams through revision sessions, extra classes, and practice tests.
- Ensure the safety and proper use of laboratory equipment and maintain lab discipline.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) and B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) - mandatory
- (Master’s degree in Science preferred)_
