Service Assistant

**1.0** **Job purpose**

1.1 To provide on service and customer support.

**2.0 Key tasks/ Responsibilities**

2.1 Service Assistant are responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve Domino machine issues at our customers sites.

2.2 He shall be responsible for on
- site services such as Installation & Maintenance of Domino products to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction.

**5.0** **Education**

5.1 Diploma/ Degree in Engineering/ BSc (maths/Physics) with at least 60% marks from reputed college.

**6.0** **Experience**

6.1 Proven track record of success for at least 1-3 years of experience in maintenance/service of production equipment.

6.2 Job requires travelling to manufacturing facilities of Domino customers.

**7.0** **Pre-requisites**

7.1 Sound health is mandatory

7.2 Should have own vehicle that can be used for business travel purpose

**8.0** **Emoluments**

**Salary**: ₹400,455.83 per year

- Day shift
