We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Area Sales Officer to join our sales team and contribute to our growth in **Rayagada** and their border districts.

**Job Summary**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Make sure we hit our sales goals in your area.
- Lead and help a team of sales people.
- Get our snacks into more shops (big and small).
- Come up with ideas to sell more snacks.
- Talk to big stores and make sure they're happy.
- Keep an eye on what other snack companies are doing.
- Make sure our snacks look good in the shops.
- Keep track of your sales and tell us how you're doing.

**What You Need**:

- 2 years of experience in sales (selling food is a plus).
- You're good at leading people and getting them excited.
- You know how to talk to shop owners and make them like you.
- You're good at figuring things out and solving problems.
- You know your way around Rayagada.
