Responsibilities:
Curiosity about the technology industry from a marketing perspective and constant wonder about the evolving nature of social and digital creative and its capabilities

Daily exploration of new and trending content across media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.); understanding the ever changing nature of media and consumer patterns

Attend strategy briefings and engage in team brainstorms for entertainment and brand campaigns

Take full ownership of ideation and content creation from start to finish

Present concept visualization of creative ideas to team and, if necessary, clients

Oversee design changes and improvements throughout the development process

Design of content, including but not limited to: campaign look/feel, social content, pitch decks, data visualization, title treatment, creative captioning, etc

Create social content calendars

Work with team to provide coordination, direction and finalization of creative content campaigns and products

Maintaining a level of quality for any creative that is put forth to clients

Being passionate about finding new and unexpected ways to deliver on a creative brief

Competencies:
Functional / Technical Skills. Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment

Creativity. A high standard of creative work that is award-winning; comes up with a lot of new and unique ideas; easily makes connections among previously unrelated notions; tends to be seen as original and value-added in brainstorming settings

Problem Solving. Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; can see hidden problems; is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious and doesn t stop at the first answers

Professional Skills Knowledge:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure with aggressive deadlines

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written

Possess pre-production skills in concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding development, and design

Proficiency in variants of content type like Blogs, Articles, Ads, Storyline etc

Proven track record of maintaining effectiveness on multiple simultaneous projects
