**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with store management to develop effective schematics for product placement and inventory organization.
- Analyze market trends to optimize stock levels and improve sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Utilize visual design principles to create appealing product displays that attract customers.
- Maintain organized records of inventory counts, discrepancies, and adjustments.
- Work closely with the retail sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Assist in training new staff members on inventory processes and customer service protocols.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in retail sales or store management is preferred.
- Ability to understand and implement schematics effectively.
- Proficient in customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clients.
- Knowledge of visual design principles to enhance product presentation.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, allowing for better communication with diverse customers.
