_We are looking for _**enthusiastic Robotics Trainers**_ _with a strong _**STEM background**_ _to join our team. If you have a passion for _**teaching kids**_, a keen interest in _**technology and robotics**_, and enjoy making learning interactive and fun, this role is for you. As a _**Robotics Trainer**_, you will teach students how to build and program robots, fostering creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills through hands-on projects._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Lead _**robotics classes**_ _for children aged 8+ in _**schools**_ _and in-office sessions_
- _Teach robotics concepts and programming using platforms like _**Arduino**_, _**Raspberry Pi**_, and other hands-on technologies_
- _Guide students in building and programming robots, with projects involving _**Arduino**_, _**Raspberry Pi**_, and programming languages like _**Scratch**_, _**Python**_, or _**C++**_
- _Create an engaging, interactive, and _**inclusive learning environment**_ _for students_
- _Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs_
- _Organize _**robotics exhibitions**_, _**competitions**_, and showcase student projects_
- _Maintain teaching materials, kits, and _**robotics project kits**_
- _**Report to the assigned school**_ _and collaborate with educators to deliver the curriculum_
- _Conduct in-office sessions to ensure a hands-on, dynamic learning experience_
- _Communicate regularly with parents on student progress and project outcomes_
- _Ensure adherence to _**safety protocols**_ _during all activities and projects_
- **Requirements**:_
- _**1-2 years of experience**_ _in the _**STEM**_ _field, with a focus on robotics or related disciplines_
- _**Bachelor’s degree**_ _in a STEM field (e.g., _**BCA**_, _**BSc in Computer Science**_, _**B.Tech**_, _**MCA**_), or equivalent experience_
- _**Strong knowledge of robotics**_, _**Arduino**_, _**Raspberry Pi**_, and programming languages like _**Scratch**_, _**Python**_, and _**C++**_
- _Experience with hands-on robotics platforms such as _**Arduino**_, _**Raspberry Pi**_, and other educational robotics tools_
- _Strong ability to explain complex robotics and programming concepts in a _**simple and engaging**_ _way_
- _**Patience**_, creativity, and enthusiasm for _**teaching kids**_ _and inspiring curiosity in technology_
- _Excellent _**communication**_ _skills and the ability to _**simplify technical concepts**_ _for young learners_
- _Willingness to report to assigned schools and work with students in both school and office settings_
- **Preferred Skills**:_
- _Previous _**teaching or tutoring experience**_, especially with children_
- _Familiarity with _**educational software/tools**_ _for robotics and STEM education_
- _Experience organizing or participating in _**STEM events**_, _**robotics competitions**_, or _**activities**_
- _Familiarity with additional _**robotics platforms**_ _and tools beyond Arduino and Raspberry Pi_
