**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Concept Development and Design**:

- Collaborate with designers to transform conceptual ideas into detailed technical designs.
- Use CAD software to create precise 3D models and technical drawings of furniture pieces.

**Material Selection and Analysis**:

- Select appropriate materials based on factors such as durability, cost, aesthetics, and sustainability.
- Analyze material properties to ensure they meet the required standards for the intended use of the furniture.

**Structural Integrity and Testing**:

- Perform engineering calculations to ensure the structural integrity and stability of furniture designs.
- Conduct tests to verify that the furniture can withstand typical stresses and strains, including load testing and durability assessments.

**Prototype Development and Evaluation**:

- Oversee the creation of prototypes to test design functionality, aesthetics, and structural integrity.
- Evaluate prototypes and make necessary adjustments based on testing results and feedback.

**Manufacturing Process Design**:

- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficient and cost-effective production.
- Create detailed production plans, including cutting lists, assembly instructions, and quality control procedures.

**Quality Assurance and Control**:

- Establish and maintain quality standards for all stages of production.
- Inspect final products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality criteria.

**Cost Estimation and Budget Management**:

- Estimate production costs and develop budgets for new furniture designs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality or design integrity.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with other engineers, designers, craftsmen, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and incorporate feedback into the design process.

**Technical Documentation**:

- Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed drawings, material specifications, assembly instructions, and maintenance guidelines.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, and up-to-date.

**Innovation and Problem-Solving**:

- Continuously seek innovative solutions to improve existing products and processes.
- Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during the design and production phases.

**Project Management**:

- Manage design projects from initial concept through to final production, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products.

**Requirement & Skills**:

- Creative flair
- Good technical understanding of furniture design
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Should be a graduate
- Having Min 5 yrs experience in Furniture Design

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
