Job Summary: The Personal Secretary to CEO will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the CEO. This position requires a highly organized, efficient, and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Personal Secretary must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Organize and maintain the CEO's files and records, both physical and digital
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, staff, and external parties
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience as a personal secretary or executive assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

- Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
