
Pharma Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Pharma Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics. You will work to increase sales, build relationships with clients, and ensure the company’s products are well-represented in the market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects in the healthcare sector.
- Conduct product presentations and provide training to healthcare professionals on the benefits and usage of products.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify potential business opportunities.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, conferences, and medical seminars to network and build brand awareness.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales of minimum 1 year
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, the healthcare market, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to build long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and sales skills.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- A strong network within the healthcare industry is a plus.
