Data Entry Operator.

Data Entry Clerk (Fresher)

Job Overview:
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data records within our organization's systems. This entry-level position is suitable for freshers who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. The salary range for this position is rs5000 to rs7000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Input alphanumeric data into databases, spreadsheets, or other digital platforms accurately and efficiently.

Ensure data integrity and completeness by verifying information for accuracy and consistency.

Data Processing:
Process and update existing data records as per organizational guidelines.

Perform data validation and cross-referencing to identify discrepancies and resolve errors.

Documentation:
Maintain proper documentation of data entry tasks, including records of completed work and any issues encountered.

Follow established procedures for documenting changes, updates, and corrections.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks on entered data to identify and correct errors.

Adhere to quality standards and protocols to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Reporting:
Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as requested by supervisors or team leads.

Communicate any data-related issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Good typing speed and data entry skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with data entry software and systems.

Knowledge of basic mathematical concepts for numerical data entry.
