**Salary**: ₹18,000 per month /30000

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor HT furnaces for heat treatment processes.
- Load and unload 500kg steel products safely using appropriate tools.
- Maintain furnace temperature and treatment cycles as per specifications.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of furnace operations and inform the supervisor of any issues.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance.
- Follow safety procedures for handling hot steel components.
- Keep the work area clean and follow operational safety guidelines.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience operating heat treatment furnaces.
- Physical ability to lift and handle heavy steel products (500kg).
- Basic troubleshooting skills for furnace operations.
- Attention to detail for quality control.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards.
