**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **Sales Support Executive** to assist the sales team in managing **holiday package sales and travel arrangements**. The role involves supporting customer inquiries, preparing itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution of bookings, thereby contributing to sales closure and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in handling **customer inquiries** related to domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare and share customized **itineraries, quotations, and proposals** for clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs) to get best rates and availability.
- Support in **booking flights, hotels, transfers, and activities** as per client requirements.
- Maintain timely and professional **customer communication** to ensure high satisfaction.
- Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and booking confirmations in CRM/Excel trackers.
- Provide **administrative support** to the sales team in documentation, invoicing, and reports.
- Handle basic **post-sales support** including travel vouchers, confirmations, and changes in itinerary.
- Assist in resolving client queries and escalate issues when required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹390,000.00 per year
