**Silpi Architects**is a leading architectural consultancy and project management firm based in **Kochi**, with an operating office in **Bangalore**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop architectural drawings, detailed plans, sections, and elevations using **AutoCAD / Revit**.
- Prepare working drawings, presentation drawings, and submission drawings as required.
- Coordinate with project architects, structural, MEP, and interior teams.
- Ensure drawing accuracy, adherence to standards, and timely delivery.
- Update drawings as per site requirements, design changes, and client feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing registers.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, schedules, and technical documentation (optional).
- Conduct basic site-measurements and incorporate changes into drawings (if required).

**Qualification & Eligibility Criteria**

**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of hands-on experience** as an architectural draftsperson.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is essential.
- Working knowledge of **Revit** will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing and building construction standards.
- Ability to read, interpret, and draft drawings from sketches and mark-ups.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.

**Location Preference**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹42,993.50 per month
