Introduction:
What will you be doing?
- Interact with traders, sales and operations on several requirements/projects.
- Translate the business needs to technical requirements
- Write clean, robust and secure code following a test-driven approach.
- Interact with business stakeholders for business requirements.
- Take ownership of the deliverables of each iteration ensuring that the scope of the project/deliverables is understood.
- Interact with the testing team to ensure adequate tests are in place for deliverables under development.
- Perform code reviews to ensure implemented functionality matches expectations and is in line with coding standards defined globally

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Strong experience in technical design and architecture of resilient & scalable solutions utilizing one’s ability to pick up new technologies.

Skills that will help you in the role
- Hands on working experience in C#.NET and WPF.
- Must have strong skills in Object Oriented Analysis and Design Concepts, MVVM pattern, Relational Databases
- Should be open to work on other technologies (Angular/Java) on need basis
- Good to have knowledge of some middleware technologies like Solace, Tibco RV or Kafka
- Significant experience developing high-performance software.
- Ability to coordinate activities of less experienced or less knowledgeable team members.
- Ability to understand & implement high-level technical design of design components. Analytical ability including root cause identification and pro-active design improvements.
- Support production deployments
- Skill in Test Driven Development, Continuous Delivery and System integration.
- Good to have knowledge on Angular and Java server development
- Nice to Have: Experience in middleware technologies like Solace, Tibco RV or Kafka
- Background in financial markets
