Job Specification:

- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- 2-4 years Industrial experience

**Job Description**:

- Manages a team of maintenance technicians to provide 24-7 manufacturing support to the manufacturing facility.
- Ability to evaluate the technical complexity of the task/project and aligns materials, parts, tools, and skill sets to accomplish the task/project
- Establishes specific expectations and objectives to ensure compliance with EHS guidelines, cGMP regulations, Company policies and other external agency regulations. - Oversight of shift supervisors/leads to ensure timely completion of corrective and preventive maintenance and to minimize outages of production and utility systems. - Further duties include coordinating and managing utility shutdowns, planned system outages and other operations impacting the manufacturing facility.
- Performs maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules.
- Maintains manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals, and manages the department budget.
- Manages maintenance personnel by setting direction and priorities.
- Provides training and continuous development on all maintenance personnel.
- Performs other duties by coordinating work with outside inspections, providing project management, ensuring safety of personnel, and performing other duties as required. - Managing, maintaining, and establishing maintenance procedures for production lines in a manufacturing environment to ensure production meets or performs better than budget. - Developing and maintaining quality standards.
- Developing and maintaining associate safety standards.
- Hands on experience in HT line
- Maintenance of MCC, transformer,DG,PLC panel
- Electrical statutory compliance & safety auditing
- Scheduling & followup of PM plan

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
